(HBTS) is a not-for-profit, community-based provider of hospice care, palliative care, caregiver support, bereavement counseling and home health agency services throughout Broward and Palm Beach Counties in South Florida. We provide the highest quality medical care for our patients, as well as psychosocial and spiritual support for our patients, their families and caregivers regardless of age, race, creed, diagnosis or ability to pay.
