Our mission is to allow the American Bar Association to solicit and accept tax-exempt gifts and grants in support of law-related public service and educational programs of the Association.

For over 40 years, the Fund for Justice and Education has served as the public service arm of the American Bar Association. Today, it funds nearly 200 programs and services that provide attorneys, ABA members and other committed individuals with the opportunity to raise the bar within the profession.
