The Jennifer Trust offers services to anyone diagnosed with Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA), their family members or friends. We have professional Outreach Workers who visit families and offer personalised support, information and guidance. Our Outreach Workers cover the whole of the United Kingdom. They are available to answer your questions, help you understand SMA and to offer guidance following diagnosis.
