Polar Bears International (PBI) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the worldwide conservation of the polar bear and its habitat through research, stewardship, and education. PBI has forged relationships with preeminent scientists, biologists, and other professionals who are primarily engaged in studying and documenting polar bears and their arctic habitat. Our mutual goal is to disseminate only fact-based, scientifically-gathered, peer-reviewed information to assist the global community in understanding and evaluating the true status and condition of polar bear populations and their arctic habitat, as well as the impact of human-caused and natural-occurring events on their survival.
